摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a luminous point defect occurring due to successive flow of current to a pixel can be prevented and a peripheral pixel is less influenced by concentrated current on a part of the pixel. <P>SOLUTION: A display device comprises wiring 14 for supplying current, and a pixel electrode 11 electrically connected to the wiring 14. The pixel electrode 11 has a stacked-layer structure including plural different conductive films 11a and 11b and has a narrow region at least in an area where the wiring is connected to the pixel electrode.
