<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose combine harvester capable of efficiently preventing clogging of an outlet with dust discharged out of the harvester in work to perform reaping work and threshing work, and easily performing housing work and loading and unloading work of the harvester body. <P>SOLUTION: A threshing part 17 to thresh reaped culm and a sorting part 18 to sort threshed product into grains and dust are mounted on a traveling body 2 of the general-purpose combine harvester. The outlet 43 to discharge the sorted dust from a rear end of the traveling body 2 is formed at a rear end of the sorting part 18, and a dust discharge cover 48 to downwardly guide the dust discharged from the outlet 43 is attached to a rear end of the sorting part 18. The dust discharge cover 48 is supported by a supporting frame 47 in such a manner that the dust discharge cover 48 is switchable between a work posture to swing the cover 48 around its upper side opposite to the sorting part 18 and a housing posture to swing the cover toward the sorting part 18 to house a part of the cover in the sorting part 18, and the opening of the outlet 43 can be changed by the switching of the posture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
