<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staff operation controller and a staff operation control method, capable of reducing a time and a development cost required for maintenance work of a device. <P>SOLUTION: A staff operation controller 1 includes: input means 2 for generating an input signal based on a staff operation; screen data generation means 3 for generating staff operation screen data used in maintenance work of a main device 9; display means 4 for displaying the staff operation screen data generated by the screen data generation means 3; transmission means 5 for transmitting the staff operation screen data generated by the screen data generation means 3 to an external terminal 8; reception means 6 for receiving an input signal generated at the external terminal; and processing execution means 7 for executing processing related to the maintenance work of the main device 9 based on the input signal generated by the input means 2 and the input signal received by the reception means 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
