<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect through image monitoring an abnormal behavior such that a burglar makes an employee open a safe to commit robbery. <P>SOLUTION: A person tracking part 220 tracks persons around a safe individually in a monitoring image. A safe lock sensor detects whether the safe is in a locked state or in an unlocked state. An unlocking-person specifying part 221 specifies a person being tracked at the nearest location from the safe as a person having unlocked the safe when the safe has been put into the unlocked state. An abnormality determination part 222 determines an abnormality when the person who unlocked the safe has been replaced by a person other than him/her in terms of the location for the safe after the specification until the safe is put into the locked state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
