ACTIVE ENERGY RAY CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION, COATING AGENT COMPOSITION USING THE SAME, AND CURED COATING FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active ray curable resin composition which is excellent in dust-proof performance such as contamination adhesion preventive performance and contamination removal performance when the composition is made to be a coating layer by being cured by the irradiation of an active energy ray, and also excellent in coating rigidity and abrasion resistance.

SOLUTION: The active ray curable resin composition is characterized by containing: an urethane (meth)acrylate-based compound (A) which is obtained by making a polysiloxane compound having a hydroxy group at a single terminal, a polyvalent isocyanate-based compound and a hydroxy-group containing (meth)acrylate-based compound react with one another; and a reactive fluorine-containing compound (B).
