The lining encloses side walls (6) of the frame by respective lining side walls (8). The lining side walls completely cover openings (3) and/or recesses provided in the side walls of the frame, so that the lining is connected with the frame over a large area, and form reinforcement elements of a radial inner flange in a region of spoke holes (11).
