PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable position estimating system capable of performing high-speed estimation on the locations of a plurality of moving objects. SOLUTION: Infrared light emitting devices are each attached to the moving objects. The direction of each infrared light emitting device is detected by a plurality of movable infrared light detecting devices, and the location of each infrared light emitting device is estimated from the angle of the detected direction.
