PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency and effect of oil soil contamination examination. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a sample stand 1, capable of lining-up and holding plural lengthy soil samples S1-S8 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, an ultraviolet light 2 for irradiating the soil samples S1-S8 held on the sample stand 1 with ultraviolet rays, a fluorescence sensor 3 for detecting fluorescence radiated from the soil samples S1-S8 irradiated with the ultraviolet rays, X-direction rails 4x and an X-direction moving mechanism 5x for moving the ultraviolet light 2 and the fluorescence sensor 3 along the longitudinal direction of the soil samples S1-S8, and a Y-direction rail 4y and a Y-direction moving mechanism 5y for moving the ultraviolet light 2 and the fluorescence sensor 3, in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. Thus since an oil-contaminated soil part can be simply specified on the field, and only the oil-contaminated soil part can be transferred to oil contamination concentration analysis, the efficiency and effect of the examination can be improved.
