PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source abnormal waveform detecting device, capable of surely detecting all abnormal waveforms which occur in a power source input signal. SOLUTION: The device comprises a means for recording in a memory a reference waveform signal, which has the same or generally same phase as an analogue input signal which is the power source; a means for setting a point where the analogue input signal intersects a preset value of a synchronous trigger level as a synchronous trigger signal; a means for cumulating the absolute value of a difference between the analogue input signal between the synchronous trigger signals and the reference waveform signal stored in the memory; and a means for determining the abnormality of the analogue input signal when the cumulative signal is the preset trigger set value or above.
