<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tubular article with the uniform film thickness, even though the oscillation accuracy of a cylindrical core metal installed on a rotating device is low. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the tubular article, a resin layer forming application liquid is emitted by a nozzle and applied on a peripheral surface of the cylindrical core metal, and a resin layer forming application film is formed, then, cure treatment of the resin layer forming application film is performed to form the resin layer, and the core metal is removed to manufacture the tubular article. Intermittent rotation of the core metal and intermittent application of the resin layer forming application liquid by the nozzle are repeated so as to form the band-shaped resin layer forming application layer in the entire peripheral surface of the core metal.
