<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost LED light source. <P>SOLUTION: An RGB three primary color LED light source 1A or a white LED light source which lights up in the shape of a frame 3 is manufactured by mounting LED chips (sets of red LED chips (R), green LED chips (G) and blue LED chips (B), or white LED chips) on the frame 3, and then die-cutting tie bars to form an electric circuit without dicing the frame 3 for making LED chips to individual pieces.
