<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and quickly collect accurate data on a macroscopic population distribution. <P>SOLUTION: An information analysis device 600 comprises: an information analysis device communication control unit 601 for receiving a position registration signal including the sector ID of a sector where position registration is performed, position registration time information and a user ID from outside; an extraction unit 603 for extracting position registration signals whose position registration times are within a target time width from position registration signals about each user; a weight calculation unit 604 for calculating respective weights of the position registration signals within the target time width about each user based on the number of the position registration signals within the target time width and positions corresponding to sector IDs included in the position registration signals within the target time width about each user; and a population distribution calculation unit 605 for totalizing the respective weights of the position registration signals within the target time width for each sector for all totalization target users to calculate an average population distribution for each sector within the target time width. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
