<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a co-extruded film having a barrier layer composed of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer with a sufficient barrier property, and showing good surface glossiness with controlled unevenness and excellent appearance, and to provide a bag using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The co-extruded film 10 has an adhesive layer 12 including a blend of a maleic anhydride-modified polyolefin resin and a polyolefin resin between the barrier layer 11 of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and a sealant layer 13 of a polyolefin resin.
