<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out wiring. <P>SOLUTION: A design support device 1 is connected to a display unit 2, and includes a storage unit 1a, a selection unit 1b, an arrangement unit 1c, a determination unit 1d, a wiring unit 1e, and a confirmation unit 1f. The storage unit 1a stores circuit logic connection information and cell information of a cell to be arranged. The selection unit 1b selects the cell information of the cell to be arranged among the cell information stored in the storage unit 1a. The arrangement unit 1c temporarily arranges the cell of the selected cell information according to input coordinates. The determination unit 1d determines whether the design support device is in a wiring mode. When the determination unit 1d determines that the design support device is in the wiring mode, the wiring unit 1e temporarily carry out wiring so as to connect the temporarily arranged cell.
