<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED driving device and an LED lighting device that performs constant current control of an LED load with small-size and low-cost configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The LED driving device comprises: an isolated power conversion section which has a transformer with a primary winding, a secondary winding, and a tertiary winding and a switching element connected to the primary winding and which supplies power to the LED load through the secondary winding; a feedback section which is connected to the tertiary winding and which has a control information detection section detecting control information and a voltage detection section detecting winding voltage information of the tertiary winding; and a control section that controls on/off of the switching element. The feedback section outputs a feedback signal on which the control information based on the on-off control and the winding voltage information are superposed.
