<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load distribution system capable of efficiently distributing an overall processing and load of traffic by combining a plurality of servers and rooters. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of server groups include a plurality of servers connected to each other in a communicable state, and rooters connected to the servers in a communicable state; in each server group, the servers are connected in the mutually communicable state, and the rooters are connected in a mutually communicable state.
