摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of solving the problem of warping on a laser irradiation surface and the problem of partial breakage of a tension-giving film in flattening annealing, and a method of sufficiently enjoying a magnetic domain refinement effect and tension giving effect. <P>SOLUTION: In a magnetic domain refinement treatment, finish annealing is applied to a grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet wound in a coil shape, and successively, after applying flattening annealing, a laser beam is irradiated in a direction intersecting the rolling direction of the steel sheet. When carrying out the magnetic domain refinement treatment, the warping originated in the coil is made to remain in the steel sheet after the flattening annealing, and the convex surface side of the warping is irradiated with the laser beam and the steel sheet is corrected to be flat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
