<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed circuit board capable of facilitating detection of a break in a signal wiring as well as an outmost wiring on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible printed circuit board 3 includes a signal wiring 37 electrically used and a dummy wiring 38 isolated from the signal wiring 37 formed on a substrate 34. The dummy wiring 38 has a structure that tends to break more easily than the signal wiring 38.
