<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoclave for molding which can miniaturize a pressure vessel and can form a thermal insulation layer with simple operation and without using a fixing member. <P>SOLUTION: In the autoclave A for molding which includes the pressure vessel 10, a heater 20 for heating the inside of the pressure vessel 10, and a pressurizing device 30 for pressurizing the inside of the pressure vessel 10, an inner thermal insulation coating layer 16 is formed on the inner surface of the pressure vessel 10, and an outer thermal insulation coating layer 17 is formed on the outer surface of the pressure vessel 10. The inner thermal insulation coating layer 16 has an undercoating layer 16a and a top coating layer 16b each having a thickness of 0.25 mm or more, and the outer thermal insulation coating layer 17 has an undercoating layer 17a, an intermediate coating layer 17b, and a top coating layer 17c each having a thickness of 0.2 mm or more. The coating direction of the undercoating layer 16a and that of the top coating layer 16b are approximately orthogonal to each other, and the coating directions of the undercoating layer 17a, the intermediate coating layer 17b, and the top coating layer 17c are approximately orthogonal between the adjacent two layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
