<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone switching apparatus capable of easily confirming an urgent level of a verbal message, a telephone switching system and a voice mail processing method. <P>SOLUTION: The telephone switching apparatus comprises: a control part for associating a verbal message to a predetermined terminal and urgent level information indicating un urgent level of the verbal message with each other to register them in a memory; a notification destination storage part for storing connection information indicating a notification destination of a verbal message to a predetermined terminal; and a call part for calling to a notification destination indicated by the connection information in the notification destination storage part and for changing the time for calling according to the urgent level indicated by the urgent level information when the verbal message and urgent level information are registered in the control part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
