PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device having a ball screw capable of nearly completely preventing the entry of dust into a spiral orbit. SOLUTION: In the feeding device, the central axis J1 is formed into a rotating central axis, so that the inside member 1 and the outside member 2 are relatively rotated, thereby relatively moving the inside member 1 and the outside member 2 in the axial direction. While a ball bearing 13 which is fitted inside a dustproof cover 10 slides in the axial direction along the outer peripheral surface 2B of the outside member 2, the clearance between the tip bending part 11 of the dustproof cover 10 and the outside member is sealed. At the same time, the dustproof cover 10 prevents entrance of dust in the spiral grooves 3 and 5. Similarly, the dust proof cover 17 prevents entrance of dust in the spiral grooves 3 and 5 through the gap between the inside member 1 and the outside member 2, while the bearing 20 moves relatively axially to the inside member 1.
