A device for delivering an active agent to a tissue, comprising; a housing including a reservoir for containing said active agent; a delivery tip being in fluid communication with said reservoir; and, a delivery mechanism capable of delivering a predetermined amount of said active agent and releasing the same upon contact between said delivery tip and said tissue.
