METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MOBILE TERMINALS HANDING OVER BETWEEN CLEAR SESSION AND ENCRYPTED SESSION COMMUNICATIONS

The invention discloses a method for mobile terminals handing over between clear session and encrypted session. The method includes that, a first terminal initiates a request for encrypted session handover control to a second terminal; after receiving the request for encrypted session handover control, the second returns a response for encrypted session handover control; the first terminal initiates a key negotiation process to the second after it receives the returned response for encrypted session handover control, and then enters into the encrypted session, or stops the encrypted session with the second terminal, wherein the request for encrypted session handover control includes a request for clear session or a request for encrypted session. A system for mobile terminals handing over between clear session and encrypted session is also disclosed by the invention. The system includes an encrypted session handover control module and an encryption module set in the mobile terminal. The invention protects the security of the end-to-end during the communication of mobile terminals effectively.
