<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion member having a heat radiation mechanism with better heat radiation characteristics than before. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion member 1 comprises: a first electrode layer 20; a power generation laminate 22; and a second electrode layer 26 deposited on the power generation laminate via a nickel layer 24. A passivation layer 28 constituted by materials including SiCN is formed onto the second electrode layer 26. A heat radiation structure 31 is provided on the passivation layer 28.
