<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household sanitary tissue exhibiting improved target texture (softness), moisture-holding properties and the like, with a reduced amount of medical fluid applied thereto, by the inhibition of the elongation of sheet thereof, the reduction of the basis weight thereof, and a decrease of stiffness thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In an interfolder, when raw paper prepared from a pulp fiber is wound by winding rolls 1, 2 with prescribed width and continuous sheets 10, 20 are rewound from the winding rolls respectively, and then, folded and piled by a folding and piling means 50, prior to the folding and piling, medical fluid is continuously applied onto the target sheets by roll transfer by means of roll transfer devices 33, 34 and 43, 44 for applying the medical fluid onto the target sheets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
