PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature desorption material comprising zeolite capable of adsorbing moisture and capable of desorbing the moisture adsorbed in the zeolite at a temperature of 100°C or lower, preferably 80°C or lower, and more preferably 50°C or lower under the atmospheric pressure or a reduced pressure.

SOLUTION: The low-temperature desorption material comprises zeolite capable of adsorbing moisture and capable of desorbing the moisture adsorbed in the zeolite at a temperature of 100°C or lower under the atmospheric pressure or a reduced pressure. The zeolite capable of adsorbing moisture is Y-type zeolite in which (A) 10% or more of the number of ions capable of performing ion exchange in the zeolite are divalent metal ions, and SiO2/Al2O3molar ratio is 3.0 or more.
