<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure for supporting a cooling water reserve tank for a vehicle, capable of reducing vibration transmitted from a power train to a vehicle body by configuring a dynamic damper by existing parts, and further capable of easily adjusting a resonant frequency of the dynamic damper. <P>SOLUTION: The structure for supporting a reserve tank for a vehicle is provided in which a power train comprising an engine is supported in a vehicle body by a mount bracket 16 and a cooling water reserve tank 35 is attached to the mount bracket 16 by way of a reserve tank bracket 37. In the structure, a dynamic damper is formed by using the cooling water reserve tank 35 and the cooling water stored therein as a weight and by using the reserve tank bracket 37 as an elastic body. The resonant frequency of the dynamic damper is set to approximately match the frequency of vibration generated when the engine runs in an idle state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
