<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for thermal power generation device, which is capable of achieving high heat transfer with a fluid heat source and which has high power generation characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A pipe-like power generation device using fluid heat can be easily produced by a process of forming a metal member and an electrothermal material member, a process of preparing a laminate by alternately laminating and joining the members, and a process of forming a first electrode and a second electrode on both ends of the laminate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
