<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase capable of changing a proportion of display shelves between chilled merchandise products and heated merchandise products with a simple operation, and effectively cooling the chilled merchandise products. <P>SOLUTION: The showcase includes: a cold air introducing hole formed in a partition plate; a plurality of flappers provided on a cold air circulation duct side of the partition plate; and a plurality of merchandise display shelves vertically provided in a compartment. At least one merchandise display shelves forms a flapper operation part for operating an intermediate duct introducing the cold air inside the cold air circulation duct to the compartment and the flappers, which enters the cold air circulation duct from the compartment through the cold air introducing hole provided in the partition plate, shields the upper and lower part of the cold air circulation duct by turning the flappers, and introduces the cold air in the cold air circulation duct to the intermediate duct.
