<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finned tube heat exchanger preventing deviation from a position where brazing filler metal is installed, when the flat tube and the fin are brazed. <P>SOLUTION: The finned tube heat exchanger includes: a plurality of plate-like fins 1 having cutouts in which the flat tubes 2 are inserted, and stacked approximately in parallel to each other; and the flat tubes 2 inserted into the cutouts of the plate-like fins 1 so that ends thereof are projected from the cutouts, and provided in a plurality of stages in a longitudinal direction of the plate-like fins 1. Bar-like brazing filler metal 3 is disposed to both ends of the portion projected from the cutout in the flat tube 2 approximately in parallel with an axial direction of the flat tube 2. While the bar-like brazing filler metal 3 is retained to both ends of the projected portion of the flat tube 2 by a pin member 4, the plate-like fin 1 and the flat tube 2 are brazed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
