<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical roller bearing which can facilitate insertion of a roller into a pocket of a retainer on the assembling of bearing and, thereby, has superior productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The retainer for the bearing includes: a pair of annular parts; a plurality of pillar parts which connect the pair of annular parts in the axial direction; and pocket parts which are formed on adjacent two pillar parts and the pair of annular parts and retain a plurality of cylindrical rollers freely rotatably, wherein one or more restraint parts are respectively on both side lateral surfaces of the pillar part and, on each pocket part, the restraint parts become asymmetric with respect to the axial direction of the pocket part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
