The present invention relates to a method for transmitting a response signal in a wireless communication system which supports a plurality of downlink resources. The method for transmitting a response signal according to the present invention comprises: a step of receiving downlink data from a base station through each of the plurality of downlink resources; and a step of transmitting response information on the downlink data through one uplink resource, wherein said response information includes first discontinuous transmission (DTX) information for indicating the number of downlink resources which are at a DTX state among the plurality of downlink resources, second DTX information for checking the index of the downlink resource which is at the DTX state, and ACK / NACK information for indicating either the ACK or NACK on each of the downlink resources which are not at the DTX state among the plurality of downlink resources.
