PURPOSE: A timing control circuit is provided to control an oscillation cycle of a ring oscillator circuit by drawing large or small currents from the ring oscillator circuit. CONSTITUTION: A control input unit receives a control value. Three or more current control units(58-0 to 58-N) are connected between a first circuit node(52) and a second circuit node(54). Current control units pass a current in response to a timing trigger event. A signal timing of an association circuit depends on the size of the current. |
