<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of increasing quality of answers in a Q and A site and effectively collecting membership. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of attribute information of a questioner and question information, an ideal respondent image to a question is created and a respondent fitted for the respondent image is extracted with reference to data disclosed on the actual Internet.
