<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a rice-bran paste while eliminating the need for troublesome work for a rice-bran paste that needs to be mixed every day, eliminating the need to touch a rice-bran paste to keep hands from the peculiar odor of a rice-bran paste, and making improvement to prevent infiltration and growth of bacteria. <P>SOLUTION: A dried rice-bran paste 1 is packed in a stock bag 2 made of SOILON (R) or paper to eliminate the need to directly touch bran for cleanliness. Since the rice-bran paste does not make contact with ingredients such as vegetables, processing is easy.
