<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an artificial blood vessel from being deformed by the force added when a needle for leading a liquid out of the body or introducing the liquid into the body is thrust in the access port of the artificial blood vessel. <P>SOLUTION: The artificial blood vessel 10 includes the trunk part 12 becoming a part of a blood vessel and the branch parts 14 and 16 branched from the trunk part. Access ports 20, in which the needle for leading the liquid out of the body or introducing the liquid into the body is thrust, are arranged to the branch parts 14 and 16. The tubular reinforcing members 30 integrated with the blood vessel wall of the trunk part are arranged to the positions where the branch parts 14 and 16 of the trunk part 12 are branched and the adjacent parts thereof. The deformation of the trunk part 12 is suppressed by receiving the force from the lateral direction at the time of thrust of the needle by the reinforcing members 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
