<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exothermic heat reduction solar battery sealing sheet capable of improving power generation efficiency by reducing a temperature rise in a solar battery module with ultraviolet light and by further converting ultraviolet light into visible light, and to provide a solar battery module using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The exothermic heat reduction solar battery sealing sheet includes dispersion medium resin and fluorescent substance having an absorption wavelength peak in 300-450 nm and a fluorescence peak in 500-900nm.
