<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a solar cell back sheet excellent in moisture and heat resistance, preventing deterioration in barrier properties and poor appearance due to the deterioration in barrier properties, even in severe storage conditions under a high-temperature high-humidity environment; and a solar cell module using the solar cell back sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell back sheet is formed by laminating a polymer film on the both surfaces of a gas barrier laminated film via an adhesive layer. The gas barrier laminated film is formed by laminating a primer layer on at least one surface of a base material made of a resin film, laminating a first inorganic compound layer on the primer layer, laminating a first gas barrier coating layer on the first inorganic compound layer, and further, on the first gas barrier coating layer, laminating a second inorganic compound layer and a second gas barrier coating layer, in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
