<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing sugar chains of an antibody simply and promptly. <P>SOLUTION: A sugar chain sample to be served to mass analysis, chromatography, or electrophoresis, etc. is prepared simply and promptly by segmenting sugar chains from the antibody as coupling the antibody to adsorbent such as protein A and protein G, after that, capturing the segmented sugar chains in a capturing carrier solid phase carrier having a functional group which specifically reacts to an aldehyde group of the sugar chains to form stable coupling, and then, reisolating the captured sugar chains. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
