<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gemcitabine lyophilized preparation that is easily dissolved in water for injection in a short time, can suppress generation of substances similar to gemcitabine even for long-term storage, and is excellent in temporal stability, useful for treatment of diseases, such as non-small-cell lung carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, biliary tract cancer, and soluble at the time of use. <P>SOLUTION: The gemcitabine lyophilized preparation contains: (1) gemcitabine or its pharmacologically acceptable salt; and (2) nicotinamide and if necessary, an additive for medicines. As for the preferable additive for medicines, (1) an organic acid salt, (2) a pH adjustor, and (3) one or more types of a diluting agents chosen from the group consisting of sugars and sugar alcohols can be used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
