<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program recording device, a program recording management system and a program recording management method in which it is confirmable in a playback device that a recorded program retained by the program recording device is playable by the playback device. <P>SOLUTION: A program recording device of an embodiment comprises a recorded program list retaining unit, a combined recorded program list creation unit and a management unit. The recorded program list retaining unit retains information on a program recorded by a first recording device and information on a program recorded by a second recording device independent of the first recording device in the respective recording devices. The combined recorded program list creation unit generates a combined recorded program list comprising a combination of the information on the programs recorded by the first and second recording devices retained by the recorded program list retaining unit. According to a request for a playable program list from a playback device, the management unit generates a list of programs playable by the playback device from the combined recorded program list retained by the combined recorded program list creation unit, and sends back the generated playable program list to the playback device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
