<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic tape which can achieve stable following operation of a magnetic head even when the magnetic head deforms due to temperature, humidity conditions or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic tape provided with a plurality of data bands 3, 4, 12 which can record data signals has servo patterns 15 which are configured with burst signals, and the servo patterns are formed at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction of the magnetic tape in one data band 12 out of the plurality of data bands. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
