<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of toner that can form an image with suppressed image blur. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of toner includes steps of: preparing a hindered phenol compound solution by dissolving a hindered phenol compound in an organic solvent; preparing an aqueous dispersion liquid of the hindered phenol compound solution in which droplets of the hindered phenol compound solution are dispersed; preparing an aqueous dispersion liquid of hindered phenol compound fine particles in which fine particles of the hindered phenol compound having a median diameter of 50 to 500 nm on a volume basis is dispersed, by removing the organic solvent from the aqueous dispersion liquid of the hindered phenol compound by distillation; preparing a dispersion liquid of binder resin particles; preparing a dispersion liquid of colorant particles; and forming toner particles by aggregating the binder resin particles and the colorant particles to form aggregated particles, adding the aqueous dispersion liquid of the hindered phenol compound fine particles thereto, followed by aggregating and fusing the aggregated particles and the hindered phenol compound fine particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
