APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THREE-DIMENSIONAL NONWOVEN FABRIC STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric structure which is integrally formed and has excellent uniformity through a melt-blow manufacturing process.

SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the three-dimensional nonwoven fabric structure includes: an adjustable supporting part 110; a three-dimensional mold 120; a rotating axis 130 for connecting the three-dimensional mold 120 with the adjustable supporting portion 110 and rotating the three-dimensional mold 120 relative to the adjustable supporting portion 110; and a melt-blow device 140 having a plurality of holes for melt-blowing a plurality of fibers, in which the three-dimensional mold 120 receives the fibers by rotating in front of the holes so as to allow the three-dimensional mold 120 to form a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric structure 150.
