<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for controlling a fluid pump, and a linear compressor provided with a means for correcting respective functions upon initial use or when a problem occurs due to an electric or mechanical failure. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid pump 10 is provided with a piston position detecting assembly 11 and an electronic controller 16 for monitoring piston displacement in a cylinder by detecting an impact signal. The impact signal is transmitted by the detecting assembly 11 at a piston collision with a stroke end, and the electronic controller 16 successively increments a piston displacement stroke up to collision outbreak according to a trigger signal, and stores a maximum of the piston displacement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
