<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interruption of packet reproduction. <P>SOLUTION: An S-eNB, which is a handover source base station, includes information on transfer delay time as well as on transfer preparation time, which is a period (first communication interruption time) during which a UE 60 cannot receive a packet containing user data either from the S-eNB or from a T-eNB, which is a handover destination base station, in the handover destination information and sends the information to the UE 60.
