摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core thin plate manufacturing device for aligning core thin plates in a state where a rotation phase changes while a simple structure is adopted. <P>SOLUTION: A core thin plate 4 descending in a core thiin plate transfer hole 41 is temporarily and horizontally held by a keeper ring 43, is pushed out by the core thin plate 4 which is brought into contact with an upper face and is dropped. The dropped core thin plate 4 is engaged with a guide rail 5 in a state where the rotation phase is shifted by 40 degrees while a specified slot 22a is externally engaged with a vertical shaft 51. The core thin plate 4 engaged with the guide rail 5 is pushed by the core thin plates 4 which sequentially drop from the keeper ring 43. Thus, the plates move to a horizontal shaft 53 from the vertical shaft 51 via an arc portion 52. The core thin plate 4 rotates by dead load with the horizontal shaft 53 as a rotation center in the arc portion 52 and the horizontal shaft 53, and the plates 4 are aligned in a state where the specified slot 22a is positioned on an upper part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
