<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the startup time from power activation until video of a received digital broadcast signal becomes displayable, and shorten the time from the power activation until all functions of a digital broadcast receiver become available. <P>SOLUTION: Main control means comprises a startup processing type acceptor and an SW selector for selecting SW necessary for startup processing; creates a schedule of transferring and execution start of the selected SW based on information on the number of concurrently transferable channels of data transfer means and the number of main control core processing means, an execution priority order in executing the selected SW included in attribute data stored in an attribute data storage unit of auxiliary storage means, information on a time required for transferring the selected SW, and information on a time required for initialization processing of the selected SW; controls the data transfer means based on the created schedule; and executes the selected SW stored in main storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
