<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid hardening concrete capable of controlling hardening time, while securing workability equivalent to that of usual fresh concrete, without using an admixture and an admixture powder which obtain early strength property as seen in prior art. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to a cement composition for road in which 3-15 pts.wt., in terms of solid content, of an amorphous silica with an average particle size of 10-500 nm is substituted for a cement, and the substance is kneaded with a predetermined material.
