PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly device for a heavy-weight object capable of reducing assembling man-hours for divided heavy-weight objects and preventing damage in respective split members as the heavy-weight objects in assembly. SOLUTION: This assembly device is provided with a plurality of mounting bases 11 carrying the respective split members 21 of segments as the divided heavy-weight objects and capable of moving them separately, a journal jack 12 serving as a vertical shifting means moving the mounting base 11 vertically for shifting a connection part 22 of each split member 21 placed on the mounting base 11 vertically, and a slide jack 13 serving as a horizontal shifting means moving the mounting base 11 horizontally for shifting the connection part 22 horizontally.
